Polar Flow connection hilde560 — Oct 12, 2017 01:29PM PDT

For no reason MYfitnesspal app stopped syncing with my Polar Flow app on Sunday. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging in and out, disconnecting and reconnecting all on both sides. I don not know why the sudden change as I had not changed any settings in either app.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble with reconnecting your Polar account. As you mentioned we are not seeing in your Polar app linked on our end either. Please visit the following link and follow the steps there to see if the accounts reconnect.

Since the link with Polar needs to be established on their end, please also contact their support to see if they can shed some light on the issue as well.
