Nutrients remaining on diary page heykts — Oct 12, 2017 07:48PM PDT

On my diary page I get this breakdown: "goal - food + exercise = remaining" but I have seen other people with the 'nutrients remaining' breakdown on the diary page (as well as on the home screen). I am a premium subscriber, how can I get nutrients remaining to appear on my dairy pages?

Hey thanks for posting your question. If you are using the iPhone you should see 3 grey dots above your calories remaining, in the summary on the Home screen & in the Diary. You can tap on these to customize your summary.

In the Android app, you’ll see a drop down arrow where it says Calories Remaining, tapping it will let you customize your summary.

I can see the 3 grey dots on the home screen, but not in the diary view. I am using an iPhone and have the latest version of the app installed.

Thanks for following up with us. Would you please let us know what model iPhone you are using, which version of it’s iOS it is running, and what version of the app is currently installed? The app version can be found by opening the Menu, selecting Help, and then About Us.

Thanks for following up with us. You should be seeing them in the upper right corner when viewing your Diary, except when viewing it in landscape. If you are still not seeing them, would you please click here to reach us via email and attach a screenshot of how things are being displayed on your end?

Thanks for following up with us and for sending the screenshot. Would you please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to see if a fresh install from the App Store does the trick?

Thanks for following up with us. We’ve made a small change on our end. Would you please try once more to see if it is now showing? You may need to force quit and reopen the app for the change to take affect.

Unfortunately no luck. Could it be a problem with my premium subscription?

Hmmm? Definitely a weird one. We are now able to see it when logging in as you on a test device. Please try logging out of the app and force closing it. Then making sure there aren’t any updates available in the App store, reopen it and logging back in and try one more time.
