I too, am having the response that my fitbit is already linked to another fitmess pal account. I revoked all accesses on my fitbit and tried again, and continue to get the same message. Please fix this within my fitness pal account.

Please contact us here, so we can triage this with you through email. When you write in, please include your Myfitnesspal username and Fitbit ID so we can take a look.

Steps to get user ID #
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your Fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
