MFP no longer syning activities from Garmin Connect Bidthedog — Oct 26, 2017 12:10AM PDT

I would say this started happening around a week ago - my activities are no longer being synced from Garmin Connect to MFP. My weight syncs successfully, I can see my MFP calories in Garmin Connect as expected, and Garmin Connect syncs with Strava as normal, but none of my Garmin Connect activities are being copied over to MFP.

I have tried disconnecting MFP from GC, and GC from MFP. I tried reinstalling both apps this morning too, but nothing seems to make a difference.

Thanks for posting. The issue from last October was resolved. Let’s take a look at what’s going on with you account now and see what we can do. When we view your account status, we are seeing that you have just relinked the accounts today. Now that you’ve reconnected, please try tracking a few hundred new steps and perhaps an exercise with your Garmin device and then manually initiate a sync on both sides, starting with Garmin. Then in the MyFitnessPal app, open the Menu screen and tap Sync at the bottom of the options listed there. On the website you may refresh your browser window or navigate to the Home screen and then back to your Exercise Diary.

Warm Regards,
