i have tried multiple times to connect MFP with fitbit. i have unattached accounts and retried posted steps numberous times. each time i try to connect, fitbit shows a connection but MFP says "0" connected apps and gives a warning that another MFP account has already been linked to this fitbit account. i have deleted all prior MFP accounts from fitbit so this is not true. please help. the current connection showing in fitbit is from about 10 minutes ago. i have gotten the same error message for 5 days of retrying.

When you email us, could you also include your Fitbit ID?
Here is how you get your Fitbit Id:
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL at the top and paste it in the email reply to us.
Your Fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234AB
