Unable to Connect FitBit kbyrd520 — Nov 03, 2017 11:44AM PDT

Hello!

I'm trying to connect my FitBit to my MyFitnessPal account. When I try to connect, I get the error that my FitBit account it already linked to another MFP account. I logged into my FitBit account and revoked the MFP account in hopes of "resetting" it, but I received the same error when I try to connect from MFP. I then deleted my MFP account and created a new one, yet I'm still receiving the same error that my FitBit account is connected to another MFP account, even confirming in my FitBit account that I've revoked access to MFP account.

Help??

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
