Blood Sugars amweathers77 — Nov 11, 2017 01:31PM PST

does my fitness pal have a way to track blood sugars with time and category such as after breakfast, before lunch, etc. Or is there an app that is compatable with it? I don't want to have to track or log in meals in two different apps and exercise, but want it compatable with my fitbit.

Hello amweathers77,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We do not have a feature for tracking blood sugar built into the MyFitnessPal app, but many of our members use the Notes option in their food Diary to track this each day. You can also print out these notes, along with your food diary, with our Printable Report feature on the website, if you want to see this information all in one place.

To record a note:

On the Web: Food notes appear on the “Food Diary” page in the “Food” tab. Click “Edit Note” to begin, and “Save Note” when you are finished. You can later review your notes via the “view full report” button at the bottom left of your food diary.
In our iOS app: Scroll to the bottom of the Diary page and tap “Notes”
In our Android app: Begin the food logging process, then select “Food Notes” instead of a meal name. These notes will then appear in your diary.

To View the printable report:

Once you’ve logged in, click the “Food” tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “View Printable Report.” Choose a date range and click “Change Report.”
If using an app, you may also want to try taking a screen shot of the information you’d like to print and then email yourself the screen shot and then print.

Hope this helps! We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!
