Hi, I wasn't given any warning about the premium being taken out of my account. I used the free trial, I'm not sure when it ended, however, my phone had to be repaired and when I added my paypal account funds were taken straight away. I've hardly used the app and I really need the money and can't afford to have this taken out this side of Christmas. Please can I have a refund? I've sent you an email also.

I am not able to see a subscription tied to natalia7493. Can you contact us here, so we can take a closer look?
When you email us, could you also include the following information:
-The MyFitnessPal account Premium was purchased under
-The platform Premium was purchased from (Android, iOS, Web)
-A screenshot/copy of the Premium receipt?
