Linking accts durenbd — Nov 14, 2017 04:06PM PST

I'm trying to connect my FitBit to my MyFitnessPal account. I keep getting the error that my FitBit account it already linked to another MyFitnessPall account. I revoked the rights between the sites but am still getting this error. Help please!

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
