Disconnect/Password issue rooneytodd — Nov 27, 2017 01:46PM PST

I'm trying to disconnect my Facebook account and create a new password so I can link myfitnesspal to my Trainerize account. When I follow the usual steps, I get the "Create New Password" window, but when I enter a new password and click "Continue," nothing happens. Please advise.

Although marked "resolved," it definitely isn't. The problem remains unchanged.

This does not mean that the ticket created for the trouble you are having has been resolved, only that this round of correspondence has been completed. This has been going on since the beginning of November and others have posted in other forums as well. When is there going to be an expected fix on this? I can not sync my WeightGurus app to this app because it does not allow for sign in from Facebook.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. In the meantime you may disconnect your facebook using our mobile app rather than the website. If you do not currently use the app, we would be happy to do that for you. We could then create a temporary password which you could use to access your account with and then you would select a password of your choosing. Same problem. Also, the system does not save my preferences of NOT having anything posted on FB

I am having the same problem
and I am not able to sync myfitnesspal with another app without a proper password. I am a premium member and this is very frustrating.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Would you be okay with us accessing your account in order to attempt to disconnecting the accounts on our end and then emailing you a temporary password, to the email address associated with your account?
