Re Daily Macro Goals vs adding exercize stevemj2014 — Nov 30, 2017 08:02AM PST

I am using the app to track my macros which are set for RP. I have realized that when I exercise my macros are changing when the exercise is added automatically to my totals. I want to see the Calories but want my Macro goal to stay the same?

Can anyone help - is there a setting to change or can I only do it by not syncing my daily workout to the app?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. With Premium, you can tell MyFitnessPal not to add your Calories from exercise back on to your goals. You can edit this option online or in the app.

Online, go to and click My Home>Goals>Edit next to Fitness and then switch Exercise Calories Off.

In the app, navigate to the Goals section, tap Exercise Calories, and turn the option Off there.

Hope this helps,
