I can't log in to the app and on the website, MFP shows me "ALERT" with message "We are unable to connect to the server to log you in". And before deleting and downloading app again, it stop connecting to the Garmin Forerunner. What can I do or can you solve the problem?

I am having the same problem. ALso, I am able to login on the webpage, but I get an error for the "Home" page. The other tabs works fine

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are aware of an outage that occurred earlier this morning. We believe the issue has been fixed and the program is now syncing back up again. If you had any issues with a partner, please wait for the end of the day for any data to catch up.

Same issue here. I can't login on my iPhone. Website works.

Would you mind trying to reset your network settings on your phone to see if this helps?
Please note that this will sever you saved WiFi passwords you have entered for any of your networks, work, home, etc. Please be sure you know these passwords before taking the following steps.
Please go to your iPhone’s settings.
Tap Reset Network Settings. (Make sure not to tap “Reset All Settings or Erase All Content and Settings”)
If you are prompted for your iPhone passcode enter it.
Tap Reset Network Settings once more
