Integration with weight scales aretesys — Dec 20, 2017 01:48PM PST

I bought an Itek weight scale that measures my weight and sends it to Bluetooth to the Itek app on my LGT G6. However, I would like that information to go to MyFitnesssPal, since that's where I store my food diary, and where my Tom Tom Spark 3 watch sends exercise data.
The only connection I see on the Itek app is to Google Fit. However, I don't want to start using another food and exercise repository. Everyone else seems to connect to MyFitnessPal.
Do you have ideas on how I might achieve tighter integration with my weight scale? What are your directions for integrating with additional weight scales in general?

We definitely plan on adding more integration partners to our program in the future. At this time, we do not know who those partners will be, but we will definitely take your recommendation into consideration when we do.

You can log weight from the scale manually in to MyFitnessPal and add other measurements to track.

If you’d like to track additional measurements, you can adjust the measurements you are tracking by logging in to your account on our website at

Once you’ve logged in, click on “My Home”, then “Check in”, then “Track Additional Measurements”. You’ll be taken to a page where you can add or remove measurements in your account. Any changes you make will be synced to the app the next time the app is connected to the internet.

On the website, these measurements will be visible in the “Check-In” area. In our apps, you’ll find them on the “Progress” page.

All the best,
