I deleted and remade my account. I try to use the same username but it says its taken (it wasn't deleted properly). Please fix your database.

Our sincere apologies you are no longer able to use the same username you once were using with MyFitnessPal. When you delete your account, the username you used then gets tied up in our system so another member will not be able to use it.

In the past, we were able to free up a username that was tied to a member with the same email address as before. However, a change in our system will no longer allow us to free up previous used usernames, and sadly the only option would be for you to create a new account with a similar username.
