Or leave, exercise calorie "on," but select "Custom percentage" and modify the ratio of carbs lindsay245 — Jan 05, 2018 08:00AM PST
Where is this option.
I am a premium member and have recently started using a fitbit. however I do not wish to have my excercise calories added or if I do I still want my carbs to be under 20g per day. How do I do this?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. In Android and iOS, visit the “Goals” Screen under the Menu Bar or More tab and tap “Exercise Calories”. On the Web, click “My Home” then “Goals” then click “Edit” in the “Fitness” area.
Then, turn exercise calories to “Off” if you want your nutritional goals to remain static when you add cardio exercise.
Or leave, exercise calorie “on,” but select “Custom percentage” and modify the ratio of carbs, protein and fat added back to your goals when you work out!
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.
