I remember turning off my subscription auto-renewal last month but it seems like the system just kept on renewing my subscription anyway. When I go to my subscription settings it still says that auto-renewal is still on. When I switch the setting to Off nothing happens and I don't see any buttons to save/submit.
Please cancel my subscription and please fix your subscription settings page - it's useless.

I have been trying to cancel my premium subscription for over a week. The page will not load and this has happened on 3 different servers. How can I end my premium subscription?
