I am new to myfitnesspal. I just got a message from kimberlyem415 with a subject line of hey. When I opened the message there was a note and a link for her collection of sexy videos. It this what I am to expect from my premium membership to myfitnesspal?

It is crucial to us at MyFitnessPal to provide a safe, friendly, and supportive environment and we appreciate the help of members like you to report inappropriate spam. We feel strongly that members should be able to use MyFitnessPal without receiving spam of any type, and most especially not inappropriate content.

This is not a common occurrence on our site and we will do everything we can to prevent this from happening again.

Additionally, you can block a user from sending you messages by logging into your account at www.myfitnesspal.com. Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home” then “Mail” to visit your inbox. Click the email message from the user you wish to block. When the message opens, you will see a “Block User” link just above the message content. Click this link to prevent further communication from this user.
