Premium app not exporting food diary tiggerand — Jan 12, 2018 11:14AM PST

I purchased the Premium app so I could print out my daily food diary and the corresponding information. I am using the information to show my doctor as I have food-related health issues. When I download the exported file, all that shows is a nutritional breakdown and not the corresponding foods that I ate. This is useless to me. How do I download the food diary that I was led to believe was part of the premium features? If this is not possible, I would like a full refund for this useless upgrade.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us and for the suggestion we add logged food items to the Data Export feature in Premium. We will definitely consider it for a future update.

For now the Printable Report may help. You can view a printable version of your diary by logging into your account on our website at Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you’ve logged in, click the “Food” tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “View Printable Report.” Choose a date range and click “Change Report.”

Hope this helps,
