MFP and Fitbit Blaze not connecting robb0423 — Jan 12, 2018 04:58PM PST
I am having trouble getting my information from my Fitbit to go into the MFP app. I have checked the time zones, turned off both accounts and have been on a chat with Fitbit. They told me everything was ok on their side and that I needed to contact MFP help

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I have reviewed your account and everything seems to be syncing as expected. Since relinking on 1/12, I can see a daily Fitbit adjustment in your Exercise Diary, most recently today, as of 5:46pm, and a step count total of >9500 steps. Are you not seeing this within your account?

hi, I am having the same issue. I have tried everything possible and nothing works. My food intake does not show on my fitbit

If you log in at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/, do you see your food intake there?
