Samsung health sync (Myfitness pal nutritional info not being transferred) Isdari — Jan 30, 2018 02:41AM PST

Hi, I connected MFP and my Samsung health account. The steps and activity from my Samsung gear sport watch are being transferred to MFP, but the nutritional info entered into MFP does not appear in Samsung Health. Permissions in are set in MFp as follows:
writing permission: food consumed, weight, nutritional info; reading permission: training, steps trend.
I deconnected and reconnected the apps several times, which did not heap. What can I do? Is this a common issue?

I read about a MFP gear app but did not find it in the Android play store, so I suppose this information is outdated? I have a Lenovo P2 phone with Android 7.0 running on it.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you try relinking S Health using the exact steps below and see if that will help?

To get started, under the Menu Bar tap Apps & Devices and tap Connected. Select S Health and tap Disconnect. Once the page updates, tap Connect. You should see a pop up for permissions regarding the Samsung Health integration. Turn the integration On and then allow the permissions. Please note you will need to scroll down on this pop up to see all of the permissions and need to enable all of them for the integration to work.Tap Done to finish the set up.

Next, return to the Menu Bar in MyFitnessPal and tap Steps>Samsung Health.
