Another Account linked when I try to connect Fitbit kmkj91 — Jan 30, 2018 08:38AM PST

It keeps coming up with a green box when I try to connect saying that there is already an account linked.

I have tried revoking access from the fitbit side. Could you help?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A

The same is occurring for me. I deleted my second MyFitnessPal account that was linked to Fitbit, and I'm still unable to link the MyFitnessPal account that I'm using.
