Qardio Connection Error JHanes152 — Feb 08, 2018 03:04AM PST

I keep trying to connect myfitnesspal and the Qardio app but it keeps saying connection error after I authorize the connection. How do I fix this?

This is on my iphone and I tried it on a computer and got the same result. I start in the myfitnesspal app, go to apps & devices, search for Qardio, and click connect. That sends me to Qardio's website, I login there, click "MyFitnessPal" to connect, that sends me to myfitnesspal's website, I login there, then click authorize, which sends me back to Qardio's website and it says "Connection Error"

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try a reset of your device to see if that will help? Find the steps for your device below:

- On an iPhone X, iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Then press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Finally, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

- On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

- On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

A reset will not affect your device’s data.
