I gave my fitbit flex to a friend. She is having trouble syncing to her myfitnesspal account. I have a Blaze that is attached to my myfitnesspal account and so I don't think I can help from this end. Any suggestions? How can she get help?

Hey thanks for posting your question. Was she able to successfully pair the Flex with her fitbit account? Is she getting any specific messaging when attempting to connect her accounts? In order to assist further it would be helpful to know her MyFitnessPal username or have her contact us directly so we can take a look at the account on our end.
