I want to get toned, not simply lose weight cheshirecat_05 — Mar 01, 2018 02:56PM PST
When I set up my account, I selected that my goal was to lose weight, but having thought about it I want to LOOK slimmer and less flabby, so really I want to get toned. The app recommended that I only eat 1200 calories a day, and let's be honest, that's just not going to happen!
So is it possible to change my goal from lose weight to tone up and is there an option where the app recommends I do 'X' training, e.g. 45 min/day gym session to achieve my goal?
Help me out! :) FANX

Hey thanks for posting your question. There currently is not a tone up option when setting your goals, however, if you are happy with your weight and are working on definition, you may select to maintain your weight.
