Can't sync my new Fitbit BDCulkeen — Mar 05, 2018 02:02PM PST
I cannot sync my new Fitbit to my myfitnesspal app. The mfp app keeps telling me the Fitbit is synced to another account...or is it saying the mfp account is synced to another Fitbit? I tried emailing over the weekend but I haven't received any information that addresses my issue. Can someone help?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to Fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
