Hi, I renewed my subscription this morning, but clicked on a yearly payment instead of monthly. I did cancel it right away, but payment has still been taken. Normally you have a specific timeframe to regret your purchase, but I can see the payment has still been taken. Will this purchase be discarded so I can do a monthly payment instead? Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Since the subscription was purchased via the App store, you would need to contact them directly regarding any refunds, as there is no way for us to have access to that payment on our end.
