Export function not working tracyrjohnson — Mar 13, 2018 09:31AM PDT

I have been trying to export my information for the last 2 days without success. I have tried exporting multiple time periods and have tried to export many times and I never get the email to download. I have the premium version and it is not going to my spam folder. I have used this feature in the past so I know it has worked....just not anymore. Is there a general problem right now that is being worked on?

Thanks for getting back to us. Our Dev Team made us aware of an issue they discovered with the email exports and are working on it now. Our apologies if you experience any other delays with the export email.

Hi there,

Can you let me know what platform you are initiating the export from (Android, iOS, Web)? If from a computer, is this a home computer, a work computer, or a public computer (like at a library)?

Tried this on iOS and work computer. Just looked and I now have multiple reports that have come in so it is now working.
