Can't get FitBit to connect to current account firestorrm58 — Mar 27, 2018 02:29PM PDT

I used to use MyFitnessPal ages and ages ago. When I decided to get back into it, I wanted a fresh start (especially since I couldn't remember my old login info!) so I started a new account. I've been trying to sync my FitBit but it just keeps saying that it can only be connected to one at a time. I tried the unauthorizing from FitBit, logging out of both, waiting 15 minutes (I even let a few extra minutes pass while I finished something up to be extra safe) and trying again but it didn't work and I couldn't find any questions with more advanced troubleshooting steps than that. So what's next?!

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in to and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
