Fitbit finally synced but how to get back lost days? TXChelleD — Apr 02, 2018 05:41AM PDT

After not showing my steps for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I am finally synced and showing steps for today in MFP. How do I get those missing days to pull my steps & earned calories from Fitbit over to MFP?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Unfortunately, past data may not sync back over once an issue with the sync has been fixed. Our apologies for any issues this will cause.

Starting in the afternoon of Fri, 3/30, we started some scheduled maintenance on our integration with Fitbit. We have since identified an issue that will delay the completion of the maintenance until next week, in the mean time, we have resumed our processors, for sync to resume. We are currently working through the backlog of sync requests.

We do not recommend unlinking and relinking the integration, as it will not resolve the issue, and will further increase the backlog of sync requests, and take longer for sync to resume as normal.
