what about exercises for people with back problems thereelmike — Apr 07, 2018 10:17AM PDT

Have had a S1 to L2 interbody fusion done 10 years ago and am 65. Your exercises in many cases are not good for people with back issues who have had surgeries and are older. I need suggestions for those of who want a better routine then going to a therapist. I don't have medical coverage for that thanks to Obamacare.

To access our community on the web go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com. Click the “Community” tab at the top. From there, select a category (Introduce Yourself, Success Stories, Getting Started, and so forth). You can read helpful posts there, make a post of your own, or participate in another user’s post.
