I've paid but still can't access the premium features. ismahg66 — Apr 09, 2018 09:02AM PDT

I paid the $54.04 for the upgrade, yet I have not received any of the benefits of the service. I've emailed a couple of times and haven't received a response. I would like immediate access to the premium account and a refund for the service not provided.
