Exceeding max length of 5KB

It show -1066 calories for the steps I walked but that isn't factoring into the overall equation nrcc93 — Apr 09, 2018 06:05PM PDT

I have negative adjustments turned on for MyFitnessPal, but it is not showing in the overall equation and giving me more calories for the day. Maybe I'm not clear on how it works? Thanks.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the issue where users receive erroneous iOS calorie adjustments when a discrete exercise is logged. We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. For now, if you disable steps for the iPhone or Apple Watch, re enable them, and then force a sync, the adjustment will update correctly.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Warm Regards,
Bruce
