FitBit and MFP Not Linking freydana27 — Apr 11, 2018 07:02AM PDT

I have a FitBit and when I try to link it with MyFitnessPal, I get an error message that says my account is already associated with MFP and I cannot link another one. I have tried deleting MFP account and starting a totally new one AND revoking access from FitBit and nothing works. HELP!

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A

Thanks for getting back to us. I am not showing that that Fitbit account is linked to any MyFitnessPal account. Can you they linking the accounts ponce more at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30 and see if that works?
