Hacked Snacks ashlee1440 — Apr 13, 2018 04:12PM PDT

I've come across healthy snacks made by Hacked Snacks. I want to put their nutrition in the database because it's a new product. I know how to add my foods to put the nutrition in. If I do this is it available for the whole public to see?

Hey thanks for posting your question. When you add a new food on the website, www.myfitnesspal.com, there is an option to share it with the public database. Please note that foods you elect to share publicly can not be deleted from your My Foods list at a later time, as other users may be relying on these items by then. Publicly shared food items “belong” to the last user to edit or update them. Finally, if you wish to share a food with the public database, you must do so at the time of creation. It is not possible to share an existing personal food with the public database, later.

Warm Regards,
