First the sight didn't recognise my log in info, then when I reset the password, all my food and exercise history had disappeared. What's wrong?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Is it possible that you may have logged into a 2nd account? Often when users report this there is another account that was inadvertently created somewhere along the way, using another email address. Please try logging in with any other email addresses that you may currently be using, or have recently changed from. You mentioned that you changed your password recently, so the additional account may be using the old password. You could also try entering the email address in the forgot password flow from the login screen.
