Hello All,

I have gone to log in using my usual details (have not logged in for a number of months) and am now being told that my email address is not recognised.

I have also received (in march 2018) the security email notifying me that my details may have been harvested through a data breach etc, I wonder if this is related?

I have subsequently opened a new account (which i want to delete) to see if my old user id is still active...which it is.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or could tech support provide resolution on this matter?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. You might try selecting the forgot password option to see if it recognizes your email address there. if you have multiple emails that you currently use, you may enter them one at a time there to see if they are associated with an account. If you are still not finding the account, please click here to reach us via email so we may assist you further.
