I was told I had 30 days to see if I wanted the premium version but it hasn't been 30 days and I was charged for it. Please credit my account. I have never had so much trouble getting a person to talk to. Thank you

Please accept our apologies for the problems with being charge immediately when attempting to start a free trial of MFP Premium. We will do our best to have it corrected as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, since the charged originated via the App store, you would need to contact them directly regarding any refunds, as there is no way for us to have access to that payment on our end.
