Calories burned not showing up in MyFitnessPal vfrierson7 — Apr 16, 2018 12:08PM PDT

My Garmin is synced to MyFitnessPal however when I walk, it no longer shows how many calories i have burned for the day. I typically walk between 13,000 and 17,000 steps per day but my calories in MyFitnessPal say 0. What do I need to do? Also, If I walk 13,000 steps on my Garmin, it shows less steps in MyFitnessPal. Why is that? Thank you for the help.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your Garmin integration. When we view your account status we are currently seeing that your Garmin has reported 4914 steps and 1246 calories burned as of 12:33 pm. We are showing that you are receiving an adjustment for 0 calories since your tracked calorie burn has not yet exceeded what we are already giving you credit for, based on your profile info. Please follow up with us if you are not seeing the adjustment line on your end or if the amount reported by Garmin in your adjustment details does not match what is showing in your Garmin dashboard, at the time of the next sync.
