I have a fitbit tracker and I connected it to my fitness pal account. They have stopped sharing data with each other and I have tried to unlink them and then relink them. When I unlink from my fitness pal and try to relink with fitbit I get an error message saying my account is already linked and only one account is allowed at a time. I don't know how to unlink my account if it tells me I am already linked. What is going on?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
