Fitbit not synching flbrown1 — May 16, 2018 07:12AM PDT
Hello! My Fitbit isn't synching my steps nor exercises into MFP. I've disconnected the app and reconnected it as this has helped synch it in the past. Fitbit is selected as my step tracker but it says 0 steps in MFP. I'm looking at my Fitbit right this second and it says I have 5,263 steps and even after clicking on synch in MFP it still says I have 0 steps. What do I need to do? Thanks and God Bless!

It hasn't synced since I linked them. Also, the iPhone app says I have Premium Membership but the desktop site does not.

It sounds like you may have multiple accounts. In the app you can check your username under the Menu Bar or More tab by tapping My Profile. Online, you can check the username at the top of the screen. If these do not match, you will need to log out of the incorrect account and log in with the correct credentials.
I cannot see a Fitbit account tied to wesengirl67. Can you let me know your Fitbit User ID so I can see what account your Fitbit is tied to?

Steps to get user ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply
Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
