deleting a previous account Starvation1996 — May 21, 2018 05:45PM PDT

when I click on user id I get two. One of those is a old account. The other is my wife's. I want to delete the old account but keep my wife's. Then add my new account.

You only allow two under one email.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. MyFitnessPal only allows one account to an email address. If you wish to delete an account, you can sign in online at Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home” then “Settings” then “Delete account.”

Within our iOS app, go to More, then Help, then Delete Account

Within the Android app go to the Menu, then Help, then Delete account

Please note if you delete your account it cannot be recovered. Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.
