I'm 73 and trying to eat healthy. Based on my height, my total calorie intake is 1200. My dairy goal for protein is 90. How can I meet this goal and not consume too many calories while eating a balanced diet.

While those of us here in tech support are eager to make sure you have an exceptional experience using the MyFitnessPal app and website, we are not a great resource for specific nutritional or exercise advice.
We have a large community of MyFitnessPal members, many of whom may have great suggestions for you from their personal experience. I would like to direct you to our community area on the website. Many of our users have had impressive success and have experience and wisdom to share. You can access our forums by clicking the Community tab.
To access our community on the web go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com. Click the “Community” tab at the top. From there, select a category (Introduce Yourself, Success Stories, Getting Started, and so forth). You can read helpful posts there, make a post of your own, or participate in another user’s post.
To access our community on one of our apps, click the Menu or “More” page and tap “Community.”

In addition to our forums, another resource for overcoming any difficulties in your weight loss strategy is a consultation with your nutritionist, dietician or physician. No input from other members on our site should be considered a substitute for medical advice.
All the best,
