Cannot sync Fitbit and Myfitnesspal jinz811 — May 26, 2018 10:34AM PDT

Hi there, please could you help me. I have tried multiple times to link my fitbit and myfitnesspal accounts. I have revoked access from my fitbit account and deleted any other myfitnesspal accounts. I have followed your answer threads with no solution. Please could you try revoke access on your side. My fitbit ID is 4G4K6W.

Thank you for getting me that info. I was able to successfully unlink your Fitbit account, and you should be clear to link Fitbit to your current account, jinz811, in about 10 minutes.

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've called FitBit and they've assured me it's not a problem on their side. I've also revoked access multiple times and still nothing.

Can someone please help me ASAP? I've everything now.

I am not able to see a Fitbit account tied to your MyFitnessPal account francescaliu. Can you try linking them again at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30 and see if that helps?

If you run in to the same issue, can you let me know your Fitbit ID? Keep in mind that it is a public forum, however, if you would prefer to share it privately, please click here to reach us via email instead.

Steps to get Fitbit ID#
1. Log in at http://www.fitbit.com and click on your profile photo.
2. This will take you to your Fitbit.com Profile and now copy the URL from your browser’s address field and paste it in the email reply

Your fitbit ID will look something like this: www.fitbit.com/user/1234A
