Premium access stopped working after payment taken by Apple. Sonicmojo — Jun 05, 2018 07:42AM PDT
I am a Premium member with a renewal of June 1, 2018. There was some outdated credit card info within my Apple account which I corrected on June 2. Apple was able to successfully process my renewal on yesterday (June 3).
Starting yesterday - when I open MFP on my iPhone - I no longer have Premium access.
I have already submitted a case and sent along the following info:
The MyFitnessPal account Premium was purchased under
The platform Premium was purchased from (Android, iOS, Web)
A screenshot/copy of the Premium receipt?
Appreciate an update on this ASAP
