When I log a meal (such as crack slaw), there are multiple options. How do I look at the recipe to find which one is mine? I do have MFP Premium

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. if you have created a food item or recipe, you can view your items in the app under the Menu Bar or More tab by tapping Meals, Recipes, & Foods. Online, click Food>Recipes or Food>My Foods.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.

Bruce

Actually no. How do I look at the recipes that are already in your system? Like stated above; I go to log Crack Slaw and a bunch of them pull up. How do I look at the recipe associated with that option?

Thanks for getting back to us. There is currently not a way to view recipes for foods in the database, but we will definitely consider it for a future update. Thank you for the suggestion.

In the meantime, thanks so much for using the program. Please let us know if you have any additional feedback, problems or questions. We wish you all the success in reaching and maintaining all of your diet and fitness goals.

All the best,
Bruce
