Refund of premium app due to change in T&C for privacy Andyb653 — Jun 25, 2018 09:36AM PDT


How do I get a refund of my premium subscription? I am not willing to sign up to the updated T&C and privacy conditions e.g moving / selling my data abroad.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Since the subscription was purchased via the App store, you would need to contact them directly regarding any refunds, as there is no way for us to have access to that payment on our end.

Once refunded, you can delete your account online at by clicking “My Home” then “Settings” then “Delete account.” Within our iOS app, go to More, then Help, then Delete Account. Please note if you delete your account it cannot be recovered.
