No access to phone app jcbq1966 — Jun 30, 2018 04:11PM PDT

I cant get into my app on iPhone6 again.

This happens every two weeks or so. Id re4ally like to fix it.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Would you give us a few more details so we can help triage this for you? What specifically is happening (or not happening) when you say you can’t get into the app? Are you getting an error when you try and login? If so, what is the verbiage of the error? Does the app crash when launching and you can’t get to the point where you enter your credentials? Does it let you enter your credentials, but then the app hangs and never loads your homepage? Any additional details would help us assist you.

Would you additionally let us know some general info?

-What iOS is installed on that device? (You can find this in your Settings app > General > About > Version)
-What version of the MyFitnessPal app is installed? If the app loads the screen with the log in and sign up buttons you can find this at the bottom of the page.
-Does the issue only happen within the app? Or is it also happening when accessing the website?
