Goal for previous food logs tlhvanmaanen — Jun 30, 2018 04:55PM PDT

I started using myfitnesspal a few weeks ago when a friend introduced me to it. I have kept a personal log of all my food since 5/18/18. At first, it would only let me set my calorie goal at 1450. Now that it lets me set it for 1000, it is giving me my 5week weight projection because I don't hardly eat more than 1000 calories per day. But now that I am entering my past food data into myfitnesspal, it won't give me info because the goal still says 1450. But my new eating plan is now 1000. How can I set my calorie goal to 1000 for these days 5/18/18 - 6/29/18? thanx

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. There is no way to alter goals for previous days in the program. I do apologize for any frustration this causes you.

We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!
