Hi, I need some help. I think I eat well (with some cheatmeals once in a while) but Im stuck in my fat loss. I do crossfit 5 days per weeks.
I think my error is on my fat intake but I don't know how to replace the high fat foods.

From there, select a category (Introduce Yourself, Success Stories, Getting Started, and so forth). You can read helpful posts there, make a post of your own, or participate in another user’s post.
