My friend cannot log into the site from her LG Android phone. She created an email account on her computer but when she tries to log in on her phone is says invalid email. Can someone help as to why this is not working?

We are sorry for the issues you are having. Would you mind checking what OS version you have installed on your device? It is possible your device was affected by our recent security update to improve our program. We provided a link to an announcement we posted regarding these changes below:
